RETURNS & REFUNDS
A UNIQUE NATURAL PIECE
Every Terrae Purpura specimen is a unique natural formation. No two pieces are identical, and the exact piece shown in the photographs and videos is the piece you will receive.
We make every reasonable effort to present each specimen as accurately as possible, including its:
• Weight and dimensions
• Natural color and crystal formation
• Agate structure and natural edges
• Calcite or other natural inclusions, when present
• Distinctive characteristics of the individual piece
Because amethyst is a natural crystal, its appearance can vary depending on the environment and lighting conditions. Direct sunlight, natural indoor light, artificial light, reflections and shadows may produce differences in perceived color, brilliance and depth. Different screens and display settings may also reproduce colors slightly differently.
Whenever natural-light or direct-sunlight photographs or videos are provided, they are intended to help you appreciate how the specimen responds to different lighting conditions.
We encourage you to review all photographs, videos, dimensions and product information before purchasing.

YOUR SATISFACTION
We want you to purchase your specimen with confidence.
If, after receiving your piece, you decide that its size, appearance or other characteristics are not right for you, you may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal under the conditions below.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer rules.
To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
RETURN CONDITIONS
• The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
• Returned pieces must be carefully protected and packaged for transport.
• Whenever reasonably possible, we ask that you use the original protective packaging and packing materials in which your specimen was delivered.
• Because natural mineral specimens may be heavy, delicate or fragile, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the piece is adequately protected during return transport.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping service.
• The piece should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, except for handling reasonably necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics.
• The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the specimen, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Please do not return a specimen without first contacting us and receiving the return instructions.
There is no restocking fee.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Every specimen is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:
• Photographs of the specimen
• Photographs of the exterior shipping box
• Photographs of the internal protective packaging
• Photographs clearly showing any damage
Please retain the original packaging while the case is being assessed, as it may be required for the shipping carrier or insurance process.
We will review the case and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
REFUNDS
Once a return has been initiated in accordance with this policy, the applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate refund method.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
If the customer specifically selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional cost above the standard delivery amount is not refundable.
The customer remains responsible for the direct cost of returning the specimen in cases of withdrawal.
